The Credit Analyst responsibilities will include spreading and analyzing business and personal financial statements/tax returns, analyzing cash flows, preparing credit presentations and annual reviews, real estate appraisal review/property evaluation for 1-4 family and commercial properties,  and providing support to the lending and risk management functions. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have ability to work independently.

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

Required: Associates degree in finance, accounting, or related field and three to five years credit analysis or banking experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidate must have strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a positive attitude and high level of business professionalism, along with proficient computer skills with various software programs and Microsoft Office. Confidentiality is also required, along with excellent time management skills.

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or finance or related field and five to seven years of credit analyst experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; experience with Phoenix bank core system a plus.
